1. Learn – send the new WA an introductory Welcome Email
2. Use – schedule a Wellness Consult and set up LRP
3. Share – ask them to host a class

…and the process continues. It is now up to you to teach your new Wellness Advocate everything you have learnt, and to share the process from Step 1 with each of them.
